Dena LaMar is a nationally accomplished C-suite executive and government consulting leader with 20+ years of experience across Fortune 50 companies and the public sector. She has led multi-state operations overseeing $12B+ in annual revenue and workforces of up to 35,000 employees. As Co-Founder and President of SLV Enterprises, LLC, a certified MBE, WOSB, WBENC, and DBE firm, Dena leads strategic consulting, leadership development, organizational transformation, and IT enablement, with advisory focus across economic development, real estate, multimodal operations, and federally administered social services. Previously, she held senior executive roles at Walmart, Bank of America, AAA, Advance Auto Parts, and The Boyd Group. Through SLV, Dena supports federal, state, and local agencies in modernizing operations and delivering measurable mission outcomes, and serves on multiple nonprofit and cultural boards.

Martin LaMar is a nationally recognized real estate and economic development executive with 20+ years of experience across government, public authorities, and public-private partnerships. As Co-Founder and CEO of SLV Enterprises, LLC, a certified MBE, WOSB, WBENC, and DBE firm, he leads SLV’s work in real estate and economic development, infrastructure, airport and multimodal operations, permitting, and community planning. Martin has held senior leadership roles including Executive Director of the Western Pennsylvania Port Authority, Senior Vice President at Invest Atlanta, and Chief Economic Development Officer for the City of Pittsburgh, overseeing major development portfolios and billions in public and private investment. He specializes in large-scale development, P3 structuring, capital planning, and aligning public policy and funding to drive long-term regional growth, and serves on multiple nonprofit and civic boards.

Sheila Harley brings more than 25 years of federal business development experience, principally at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She has secured over $80 million in contracts and grants across federal and state agencies, with expertise spanning SLV’s core disciplines: management consulting, program management, emergency preparedness, workforce development, and information technology. Ms. Harley maintains deep relationships across HHS, HUD, DOT, DoD, and USDA, and works closely with SBA, OSDBU, and acquisition officials throughout government. A graduate of Howard University School of Law and Washington University’s George Warren Brown School of Social Work, she is President of the Martha’s Vineyard Branch of ASALH and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha

Jared Wilson is a senior operations and growth leader specializing in building scalable teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering complex programs across marketing, experiential engagement, and business development. As a Chief Innovation Officer, he has led cross-functional teams overseeing strategy, business development, and large-scale experiential delivery, driving an 857% increase in total revenue and a 3,698% increase in events revenue, with national recognition from Inc. A graduate of Howard University and Hult International Business School, Jared is a 2024 BizBash 40 Under 40 award recipient. At SLV Enterprises, he leads operational delivery, execution excellence, and continuous improvement across complex client engagements.

She brings a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams that bridge business strategy, technical development, and service delivery. Her background spans operational marketing, product strategy, and go-to-market execution, with proven success leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive modernization, improve performance, and increase revenue. Erika is known for transforming complex concepts into actionable systems that strengthen customer experience and operational effectiveness. At SLV Enterprises, Erika leads teams responsible for technology enablement, digital workflow optimization, systems coordination, training integration, and technology adoption support. Her leadership ensures solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with mission priorities and organizational readiness.

Tiffany Jordan is a senior project coordination and logistics leader with nearly two decades of experience supporting complex consulting engagements, enterprise initiatives, and large-scale events. She brings deep expertise in execution planning, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and timeline management across both in-person and virtual environments. Her experience includes coordinating high-visibility programs involving thousands of participants, global virtual audiences, executive speakers, and multi-day hybrid events. She has managed logistics for executive travel, speaker coordination, housing and transportation, large intern onboarding initiatives, and enterprise-wide virtual programming with on-demand access for tens of thousands of employees. In addition to event and logistics leadership, Tiffany supports organizational development and training initiatives, including DISC assessments, learning platform coordination, and workforce enablement tools. At SLV Enterprises, she leads execution teams that ensure programs are delivered with precision, consistency, and measurable impact.

Renowned for her strategic prowess in leadership coaching, organizational design, and talent management, she excels at architecting frameworks that directly enhance profitability and effectiveness. A certified John Maxwell coach and ICF-trained facilitator, Dawn leverages neuroscience-based strategies and advanced assessment tools like Hogan and Working Genius to unlock elite performance. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Loyola University, New Orleans, and an Executive MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, equipping her to build and empower world-class teams.
